I got really really DRUNK on thursday darkness...and havent had a smoke since?? Does it support you stop then? Ive be smoking for 2 YEARS never gone this long b4. Ive just surplus to requirements 1!! IM NOT EVEN TRYING TO QUIT...If i was it would be PIPS. hahaha?

No but you probably had so masses the night past that your body doesnt need any nicotine at the moment. Dont verbs the cravings will come back.

The BEST approach is cold turkey.. drink tons of water to flush out your system and replace one annoying need with another..dump smoking and cart up chewing gum..its easier to ween off chewing gum than it is nicotine..Does anyone know of angelic Health Insurance?

I find that after getting really trashed, I don't get the impression much like smoking... More than possible, I tried to smoke waaaayyy too many cigarettes when I be drunk and don't want one. Also having a bleak cold for a week provides the same effect.. if you can roll near it and not smoke anymore it would be a good route to quit. I've smoked a pack + a day for 9 years.

The more I drank the more I smoked. I had to stop drinking while I be quitting smoking. Strange. However, you may have be so drunk that you forgot to smoke. Either way, getting pissed is no alternative to smoking. Not in my experience anyway. But, doesn`t matter what works for you.

i find that drinking makes me want to smoke more, not when i hold a hangover tho, i tend to smoke less later due to the sicky feeling!Do you seize troiuble getting up in the morning?
I use to smoke however one morning I woke up with a hangover and thought right that's it I'm giving up (could never frontage a *** when I had a hangover anyway). Anyway that did it for me have a few really bad cravings but manage to get though, and be free from fags for 2 1/2 years now.Hope it works for you.
