I live in UK and have see so many within Holland & Barrets but I don't know which ones to choose.. I need 1 near a bit of everything

Is it because you "think" you have need of everything or did you get a blood oral exam that "shows" you need everything?
Just a simple OTC vitamin won't really hurt anyone but if you want to really capture into the right stuff you should get a blood theory test from your doctor to find out which ones you need.
I did that something like 10 yeas ago and found out I was sooo low surrounded by iron, but if I had taken iron minus B vitamins it would have kill me!
Then again I was instrument to high near the potassium and needed to cut back on the K vitamins. Then I lost my kidneys and I started dialysis and very soon I take specially formulated vitamins that are different every month.
Be far-sighted and get a trial first before starting on anything.
