i went on holiday to barmouth,wales and swam contained by the sea ,i drank the marine by accident because the side were hitting me ,the light of day after i started having stumoch cramps and vomiting bile or marine but it was green , i couldnt sleep becuase of the spasm and zstill cant,is this gastitis or a stomoch ulser

Doesn't sound close to gastroenteritis to be honest, the lack of diarrhoea (unless you gone that out) and it being more intense agony than intense nausea doesn't really match. Gastritis is more expected.And yes, ring NHS direct.
