I can't sleep lately.. and it is really starting to effect the road my b/f sleeps. HELP PLEASE.?
I toss and turn all hours of darkness and lately I have be keeping my b/f up. Is there something over the counter that I can pinch .. although I have tried almost everything. I don't sleep resourcefully then when I stir up I don't have any spirit.. I have a somewhat crazy work calendar. On Friday I work til midnight then I enjoy to be back at work at 8am Sat. Then the subsequent day, Sunday, I own to be back at work for 3pm and work til midnight. Once again on Monday I enjoy to be at work for 3pm and work til midnight. Then I'm off for three days... and the first day I am stale alllllllll I want to do is sleep. I love my job and I am not going to quit and at hand is no way to tuning the schedule.. But I call for to improve my sleeping customs and have some strength to move...Help me
