I get these cards adjectives the time from pharmaceutical reps at my office (mental health). Good places to start would be pharmacies, community health/mental health clinics and physicians office.Why not parley to the doctors...patients are now starting to ask them for comfort to lower their medical costs!! I would also contact the publisher of the book, "Healthcare for Less" by Michelle Katz. THis is a book I just purchased on how to retrieve money in healthcare that mentions distributors as an likelihood. I only bring this up because one of the doctors I work near was hand a book about reflux, gues what, the pharmaceutical company redo the cover, with sanction from the publisher with their logo and give it to the doctors..and now the doctors are giving these books to their patients!!
