Malpractice or Personal Injury in Louisiana?
I go to a dr with Sinus trouble and after exam he told me I needed to hold sinus surgery. I was contained by the hospital room about to shift to surgery and the dr asked me what meds I had taken that afternoon. I said well I took adjectives of them. You did not tell me any different. He said oh yes I did I told you not to filch your meds in front of adjectives the nurses. Made me look like a idiot.I have waited 2 weeks prior to that making sure I did everything he told me so zilch would go wrong. Well they have to reschedule the surgery, So I had to dally another 2 weeks, this time he told me not to take any of my meds for 2 weeks which I am a heart merciful. So assuming that he is a professional and knows what he is doing I listen to him.
After surgery was over and I woke up to a nurse asking her where on earth was my dr. She said he want on Vacation . I said what something like some meds to take home for backache and antibiotics. She said he did not prescribe you any. Another dr had to prescribe me meds. to thieve home. Now after all of that, the dr have to complete his part. I faxed them to him and asked if he would please complete his subdivision of the paperwork. He refused 3 times. I later reported him to the MEB. Shortly after that he was contacted by them and he paw wrote a letter to my Disability ins. co. describing them i was lying something like the dates of disability and accuse me of not doing what i was told. Someone Help me Please!

I would hire an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice.You should hold fired this Dr. after the mistake with your meds. It sounds close to he is incompetent.
