How long does a gastroscopy give somebody a lift?
I'm having one subsequent week because of a suspected peptic ulcer. But the doctor doing it said the procedure will whip no more than 2 and a half minutes. I've hear of it taking up to 20 minutes. Is this doctor not being thorough? Or conceivably he doesn't expect to find anything?

The time it take from arrival to time you leave depends on how busy the facility is. But from the time you revieve the sedation medication (usually versed) it will help yourself to from 20 minutes to 1 hour the medication effects everyone different. But the actual procedure (once in the room and prepared) takes simply 2-3 minutes. I watched one during nursing college. And the Doctor is thorough. Very neat procedure. If I bring back a diploma in..?
It dosnt bring very long and you wont have a feeling or know anything..It is painless..Only a few minutes.Good LuckAnyone else notice how various "questionees" can't spell or use proper grammar?
This procedure is done lower than anaesthetic and normally take 20 minutes. There is no way you will carry a thorough examination within 2 or 3 minutes. Get a referral to another specialist. The procedure is upper gastrointestinal endoscopic.
