Any baby docs? possibly sick tot.?
Depends on the severity of the sprain, the level of exercise you are doing etc. Do you wrap it for support during the daylight? Did you go to a doctor? Did you shift to physical therapy? YOu involve to follow up and ot ask these questions on Yahoo!I once had a sprained ankle that be taking forever to heal. I get impatient and started bike riding. The gentle rotations get my ankle back to everyday in no time! So, on your bike!
Do what FlaChic said.it's all correct!! Try to stay rotten it as much as possible. This can become a lifelong injury. My mom sprained her ankle in college on a ski trip, and it still bothers her. I broke my ankle last slump and it healed wrong (went to orthopedic surgeon and everything) and it still bothers me deeply. Definitely go to a doctor and until next try to keep immensity off of it. Good luck.
My daughter really messed hers up 4th of July weekend.it still looks bleak, and she doesn't have adjectives of her flexibility back, but she is competent to walk, run, and insubstantially jump on it.
Did you see a doc? I tore a ligament surrounded by my ankle and it took darn near three months to catch most of my use back. Do night light stretches and try to use it some each sunshine, to gain strength. If it tends to swell still, elevate it within the evenings (above the heart) and use cold compresses or soak in epsom salts (yeah, they really do help).
Good luck, sugar.
