Weight QUESTION - I HAVE LOST 41 POUNDS OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS. I AM 5'9'' 174CMS I WAS 225 LBS, NOW 184 LBS.
I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.
I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 - 40 MINUTES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.
FINALLY, MY 2 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 400 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 24 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.
HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

You will hit a serious wall soon if you are not wary.
First off, drink 5 times a day, small meal. Try to combine a protien with a carb at adjectives times. You know you need to drink more hose down.
Something is seriously wrong with your weightlifting routine. Talk to a personal trainer. You should never, EVER work out your muscles approaching that.
Number one: you need to nurture your muscle to grow it. Even if you want to lose weight surrounded by order to attain that 'tone' look you need to endow with your muscle something to eat to become 'tone'.
Second, you must other give your muscle a hours of daylight of rest between workouts.
Finally, 400 reps? Why are you waisting your time? You should judge your freight lifted by anything that you can no longer hoist after 8 reps. That will be enough to grow your muscle. Remember, 1lb of musle is tiny. Any gain you make will cause your body need more calories (which is worthy for losing weight). Big thing here though, is you will gather yourself so much time, and not screw up your body within the process.

Please turn see a doctor.This is anorexia. It needs to stop. By my count you are getting somewhere around 1000 calories/day, beside nearly 3 hours of working out. It may seem similar to a good concept right now, but this is an addiction. You will not be capable of stop.
