just got them 4 hours ago and im supposed to pocket them out after 4 hours i can touch my eyeball and i tried pinching them but it didnt work. Any ways i could get them out?

Your eyes might be a bit dry making this harder for a first-timer. Put a couple of eye drops (some that are past the worst for contact lens wearers) then blink a few times and later with a verbs finger, move the lens from it's regular location a bit closer to the corner of your eye to make it easier to go and get. Also - put a mirror on your dining room or kitchen table and sit down and relax. You'll get the droop of this in no time.

Yah just squeeze them again and push them for a while to the side they will come out i wear theatricals all the time, I dont even wear contacts and I can still bring back them out, If that doesnt help dust your eye under the faucet but block the drain so you dont lose your contact.
