specifically, i am looking to see if anyone has successfully file a workers compensation case after mortal struck by lightning at the workplace. i continue to enjoy physical issues as a result of lightning strike and on disability. any information or direction is greatly appreciated

You can't win unless you can prove that the risk of being struck by lightening be present and your employer did nothing to prevent it. But if your undertaking took you outdoors, forget it.
