How long is the average Doctor's appoinment in Ontario?
Answer:
My legs hurt allot and the doctors can't do anything so could please someone tell me what to do?
Wow, that's a great cross-question but it's not a simple one. I have have doctor's appointments where I certainly waited for (gasp) 5 hours and ones where on earth I actually get in (and out) precipitate. The trick is to book an appointment first thing within the morning so that you are the doctor's first patient. As for the oft-stated "5 minutes and you're out" this is, fatefully, quite adjectives. the trick there (and doctors appreciate this) is to write out any question or concerns you have, include a catalogue of every medication you are taking (yes, even OTCs). Stick with one issue per call round and things will run a lote more smoothly. Doctors are as frustrated by the state of things as patients are!
Are lawsuits a significant factor in healthcare costs?
Waiting to see the doctor -> at least an hour AFTER your programmed time.Actually talking beside the doctor -> less than 5 minutes, as they're usually in too much of a rush to certainly spend a reasonable amount of time next to you.
My eye curler just CUT THROUGH MY EYELASHERS! - completely sour?
3 minutes. You can only progress for one issue, one question. If you own 2 they ask you to make another appointment.I fired my GP for that.
