use a sterilised pin or hypodermic ( dip in some surgical spirit or burn it near a lighter to sterilize it) to punture the skin a make space for the chalice piece to come out. Then carefully remove the chalice with the tip of the pin. once removed, put some spirit on to the wound.

Take a piece of video and gently put it on your foot and nick it off a few times and perchance it'll come out.This happened to me once, and I didn't remove it initially. soak your foot contained by very heat up water beside epsom salt within it ..it will draw it out or at least close adequate to where you can attain it out
