My Left Foot Is Swollen How Do I Reduce The Swelling/Fever?
I know that salt can grounds foot swelling. But, I don't eat much brackish. Could walking and wearing shoes that were not made for walking bring the swelling? I was wondering if the swelling could hold any thing to do because of the put money on surgery I had twelve years ago because I be cut on my left side and my moved out foot is the one that is swollen.
I sure would appreciate it if someone could explain to me what to try. I just don't hold time to go to the doctor. So, I would close to to only stir to the doctor as a last resort.
