Got my tens unit yesterday. There are 5 pulses u can choose from. So far still own pain. I guess you enjoy to wait a few days since it will take affect. I also get the lidoderm patch and anxiously waiting to pick it up. I wonder if you can wear patch along with the tens component. thanks

I have. I only don't put the tens ON the patch area. I put it as close as possible.

It should still be ok to use your patch but I would recommend double checking with your dr to be on the not detrimental side. They can tell you for sure if it's safe and sound to do or not.

Most of the pain nouns that I got from my TENS part was pretty instant relief. You can wear the patch and the TENS unit pad together if you don't put them in matching place otherwise you can't wear them at the same time.
