no. You should be resting it.
For when you do need to pace, tape the nouns with white medical cartridge. I've had duplicate thing and after something like 3 weeks of taping, the fracture heal. I stayed off of it except when I go to work, around the house etc.

P.S. You just necessitate to use one strip of white tape. Tape from apporx 1 1/2 inches on one side of the fracture to the other side of the fracture, for support when you do step, so as to not aggravate the fracture.
