How long does it take for a sprained ankle to make well?

i sprained it saturday night, today i walk a little next to a limp...and the swelling have gone down... how long will it take so i can amble right and stuff?
Answer:

It's my birthday on Tuesday, and what do you think I should ask my family unit to get me?

It depends on the severity of the sprain. Without seeing X-rays/the injury itself I couldn't say aloud but just maintain in mind that some sprains can steal just as long as fractures to alleviate; that's 4-6 weeks.

Not to say that yours will rob that long but don't overstress it more than it needs to. Use the crutches and follow the instructions your MD give you on treatment and care. If you still stipulation to adjust your walking pattern (to limp) to produce it feel better than you should still be using the crutches.

Bottom dash is go by tolorence. If you mull over you can go that long lacking crutches you can but honestly assess. If you still think you entail them; use them.

I want to be a reflexologist, do I have to pilfer a long course?

i guess it depends on the person. i sprained my ankle once running track and it took going on for two weeks for it to be back to average. ive know ppl that it took longer and some shorter periods of time to restore to health. i guess it depends on the bodies abilty to heal and how resourcefully you take vehicle of yourself.

hope you get better soon!!!
