I can't really recommend the all instinctive route unless you have a thoroughly good propensity to tolerate pain. Because labor is no wander in the park. I regard as anything that lets you capture on with the business of bringing a thriving baby into the world is fine, and anything that distracts you from it is useless. after having both pure and ceaser, i personly would go final for a ceaser, for me less anguish. Pethadine didnt do much, epidural it was flawless but you cant walk around. None...both natural!!For my son, I had no torment medication. For my daughter who was breach, I have to have a c-section. I enjoy my son's birth so much more. I was surrounded by control of everything.

I have natural child birth both times. Would never do it again. I be young, it be the early 70's and I lived contained by California at the time. Now I would get doesn`t matter what they were likely to give me.I had an epidural when I give birth to all three of my children. It controlled the cramp and I was competent to relax. I have no regrets and no noticable side effects experienced by myself or the children.

I had an epidural... it worked economically for me. Some say they enjoy back problems afterward, but I didn't. I deduce maybe they moved while getting it or something... I a short time ago sat still while they be doing it, and everything was ok. :)
