How do you know for sure if you pulled a muscle?
but my best friend and I just go for a run about a hour and a partially ago and now my calf is cramping really discouraging, it's tight and it's sending a shooting pain up my leg. Usually after I run I kinda hurt, but it go away after like 10 min..but it's still kinda hurting. I took a tylonol, but it hasn't help and I'm kinda limping...and I don't want to ask my mom b/c she'll freak out and rush me to the ER.we just don't want to do that right immediately. So, did i pull it? and what can I do to be paid this pain improve off?
Answers: You can't tell for absolute. That's why we have doctors. Your mother would be pretty correct to take to the ER.
This is not almost what you want to do. This is about do doesn`t matter what is necessary to lug care of yourself. That's what later life brings to you - doing things that you don't want to do, but know that you should do. No one likes to database tax returns, any, but we do it because we have to.
See a doctor.
