Bruised bones?
Two months ago I picked up a heavy metal stool and it came vertebrae and hit me in the small bone on my elbow. It never departed a bruise, but it feels resembling one. I am now have trouble lifting things and pulling on things without it hurting. I can however put pressure on it (like pushups) lacking it hurting. Is this just a bruise or should I see doctor more or less this? There is also a slight swelling just beneath the bone.

Any suggestion how to avoid indigestion and flatulence?
it's tendonitis. appropriate some motrin and rest the arm, it should get better. hot pack should also help.It doesn't sound similar to a bruised bone, as it would hurt when you put pressure on it, at least it did for me when I bruised my shin. It might vary with the elbow though, or that you don't use that bone as much doing push ups. Except from that it sounds somewhat close to the bone bruise I had. Try press the bone, if it's a bone bruise it will hurt, probably pretty doomed to failure. Also, when you lift things and verbs things does it feel close to the bruise is about to pop unequivocal? My bone bruise did feel that path at least, although I'm not sure if it counts for adjectives. Still, that it's lasted for such a long time, might indicate it's a bone bruise. For me it took just about two months to get the swelling down, and just about a year before the strain when I pressed the area be gone. Also, I've read that it doesn't need to be a evident bruise if you have a bone bruise.
No thing what, my suggestion would be to go see a doctor to integer it out. I doubt it is a fracture, but it might be a good belief to have an x-ray taken, freshly to be sure. However if it is a bruised bone the doctor won't be able to do anything give or take a few it. Try icing it for 20 minutes each hours of daylight until the swelling is gone and it doesn't hurt as much using it. Then start to use it in ways that hurt(although it will be extremely painful within the beginning). It will help after a while.
I hope this help you at least a bit.
