Any advice on secure tanning?

I have be tanning for two years. I usually go once or twice a week. Should I walk less? Should I use a really soaring SPF when I go out contained by the sun? What are all the years of tanning going to do to me? I know it is doomed to failure for me. But, if I can do it safely I imagine I will be fine.

Why does laundry detergent give you gas. I injested some laundry detergent on coincidence yesterday?

Honestly, there is no "safe" tanning. Even if you don't tan on a regular idea and you use a high SPF in that are still strong chances you can achieve cancer. I know that isn't the answer you wanted to hear. I like to tan too, until my mother developed skin cancer and I have a long talk near her doctor. Don't tan and be sure and wear an SPF 15 contained by the sun. I wish I have a better answer for you, but you don't want the ugly moles and scar you'll in your after that years, TRUST me. Sorry to be such a downer.

Honestly hun,
any form of tanning apparently isn't good on our skin.
It can return with really bad for some of us,
if you own sensitive skin, burn easily, or even skin cancer.
But I suggest if you're going to do it regardless,
do it nearly 2 times a week no more than that.
And use sun screen to prevent burning.
Tanning bed or in the sun.
Hope that help ya! [:

Is it bad to pop a blister?

There is no such entity as "safe-tanning" as far as a tanning bed is concerned. You can be smart about it though. Only progress little by little to prevent getting a sunburn. Keep track of your moles and construct sure if any change shape or grow larger to stop without beating about the bush and see your doctor. Also wait 24 hours at most minuscule between tanning sessions. Since you're going only once or twice a week I would articulate you're not doing too much damage, not as much as someone who tans day after day is. Also keep putting on the untouchable SPF you can find when you go outside. Technically you're not individual "safe", but you are tanning safer than others do.
