Undiagnosed medical condition?
Answers: Could be a number of things. I own been experiencing severely similar symptoms such as lightheadedness, fatigue, spaced out "not in this world feeling" it feel as if there is a sense of unreality.
You should get hold of tested for a few things. Firstly, get the doctor to rule out any ear problems. Problems next to the Inner or Middle ear can cause dizzy, lightheadedness and spacey sensations. Your doc may want to refer you to an ENT specialist.
If here is nothing wrong near the ear, you may want to get an MRI or leader scan done to see if there is any abnormality found. You may get asked to see a neurologist also.
Another point to consider is getting checked for a hormone imbalance. If your hormones are imbalanced and out of whack next it can cause so masses disturbing symptoms such as what you are experiencing. This test will include a thyroid check. A Hyper or Hypo thyroid may be the culprit. This can be checked by a blood audition.
I know how disturbing the symptoms are but try not to over stress yourself as you will get anxiety which can also kind your symptoms worse. Anxiety can bring about physical and mental symptoms that you never imagined of.
Hope some of this info help you. Remember, you are not alone. I have be suffering with these symptoms for over 3 months and havent returned to work as i cannot concentrate. Feel free to email me if you have need of more insight.

ask for a blood test if they haven't already done it. also i would do a spinal xray, you could have a disk thats not in the correct position, which can pinch a fortitude...this leads to tingling in the arms, dizziness. and also...do you own a great amount of stress right now?
You may need to enjoy some blood drawn to rule out what you don't have - my preacher have chronic fatigue syndrome and he is only 37. It took a year for him to find out what be wrong, only after oodles scans, test, etc., but at least he know now what have been ruled out. He is finally recovering now. They tested him for Lyme disease also.
Did you have a CT scan done on your chief? You might have a brain aneurysm.
You might want to be tested for Lyme disease. The typical screening test is call an "ELISA" test, and it is scandalously unreliable. The "Western Blot" is a much better option. Western Blots by "Box store" type labs (i.e., Quest, LabCorp) are impressively close to worthless.
If you live in an endemic nouns and/or recall human being bitten by a tick or having have a "bulls eye" type rash, you may want to consider have your blood drawn by your doc and request a WB from a reputable lab specializing in tick-borne illnesses (e.g., Igenex, MDL).
Best of luck to you,
M.
Does it scare you that nation cut themselves?
I am so sorry! I have equal thing. But, I have a car wreck ultimate year where my principal hit the seat belt post while driving my jeep. Someone run a red light. I read where on earth a head injury can grounds your symptoms.I'm pretty sure I have nerves pinched in my d¨Ścolletage and shoulder, also. Whiplash can cause the symtoms you describe.
Recently, a friend of mine experienced what you described. She also have a headache, and the doctor said it was a type of migraine. Do you hold headache also?
I went to a physical consultant that did a procedure to help next to dizziness. It has to do beside crystals in the ear. When crystals contained by your ear are in the wrong place, this can rationale dizziness and balance problems. Do a google prod on ear crystals and one on BPV.
Next month, I'm going to see a neurologist in Atlanta at Emory. I hope he can offer some relieve to me. I hope and pray that you also can find a doctor that can help you. Instead of the doctors probing for a disease, maybe they will look for backbone problems.
