It does nouns like here could be some jaw issues close to teeth grinding or clenching (known as TMD, Temporomandibular Disorders)* (you might not be aware of this), but if you wake-up and constantly want to open your mouth really all-embracing, or hear cracking or clicking, you should see a dentist who will probably offer to generate you what is known as a bite plate. This is a piece of stuff that sits attached to your teeth (either upper or lower, but not both), that you normally wear at darkness (but can wear anytime). Depending on your insurance and dentist, there are a range of kinds of bite plates available. In my belief, the best are the kind that fit on your lower teeth (you can chose which type you want - top or bottom), and are call Reliance Thermo-Guard. I have gone through a few of these and the Reliance are the most comfortable and easiest to use (in my opinion). I know this seem like a upsetting thing but from what you are writing, it seem like purely some grinding or clenching probably coupled with a LOT of stress.

An added idea (coupled beside the first) is to go to a chiropractor and catch checked out in that high regard. My chiro actually massage my gums and jaw/face muscles in accumulation to my adjustment, it really helps beside jaw torment and tightness).

If your dentist doesn't see that you are having a problem next to grinding, etc., he might refer you to a specialist. You also might want to check into having a pinched impudence. A pinched nerve surrounded by your neck or fund could cause tingling in your facade. You didn't mention what blood work you had which is celebrated.

Another option is that you hold psychosomatic symptoms (tingling is one of the most common). This can be due to stress or anxiety. The scariest option from your symptoms would probably be MS (but don't freak out, likelihood are, it's related to grinding and stress...) Make sure to share your frustrations and worries with both your doctor and dentist. As far as the three antibiotics go, way too oodles! If you get this sinus infection again, maybe try a quinolone antibiotic like levaquin to knock it out the first time). Ask if your doctor will do a blood examination to see which antibiotics you are resistant to (useful if you have chronic sinus infections). I craving you the best!

*Your TMJ can't act up. Everyone have TMJ (Temporomandibular joints). You can find out about more of the symptoms associated next to TMD here: http://www.tmjtmd.com/information... .

How do you get a splinter out of your appendage?

Check with your dentist... Sounds to me close to the way my mouth feels when my TMJ is acting up.
