Help!!!??
I have have the bad need of cracking my knuckles since fourth grade. I really want to stop in a minute because my knuckles are swolen and I don't want arthritis when I grow older. However, if i don't crack my knuckles, my fingers start to tenderness, and i have an frantically strong urge to crack them so that the ache stops. What is the best (preferably free, unambiguously cheap) way to break my need?
