My right leg hurts so bad. What happen?
I was race my little sister, and she was on her bike, me on legs. I raced her friends a couple of times (and haha...i won adjectives but 1)
Anyways, after I was done race, I was tipytoing down my moms car and i get really bad wrench in the lower partly of my right leg. It hurt so bad!!!. After I disappeared it in indistinguishable bent possition for a minute it felt better, but the minute i stretched it out it be hurting again. I just sit there for another few minutes and stretched out my leg again, and it didnt hurt so much. When I stood up(or tried) it hurt again!!!. After in the order of 15 min, it was fine. It still hurts(barely) if I stand on my tippitoes, and after when I be playing vollyball, my right leg made these weird twitches. What happen? did i pull a muscle? what really happen internally?

So basically you overloaded your lower leg and get Medial tibial stress syndrome (MTSS). Well, it could a moment ago be a pulled muscle.. could be you put more pressure on that leg and used that muscle more.If it still hurts when you try to walk or stand on your toes etc, and you feel and/or feel a discouraging sharp pain that boundaries or prohibits you from walking, right above your heel and extending for a couple inches, could have be something with your achilles ligament (what connects your heel to your calf pretty much)..either newly strained or tore..but if it were torn, you distinctly wouldnt be able to meander on it without a LOT of strain!
