Actually I see that youve mentioned breaking your WRIST as in good health, thats an even better idea, you see your wrist is composed of 8 small fragile bones entwined in a net of fragile nerves and blood vessels that control the movements to your fingers, which you dont really entail anyway, and breaking that wrist if even one of those bones doesnt heal properly can motivation permanent desecrate, arthritis, immobility, chronic pain and paralyss - so you should probably do that too.
