Please Help??
I suffer from tension headache and for the past 2 weeks they enjoy gotten wore. I wake up every morning beside a really really bad headache wich starts surrounded by y neck later goes up and round my cranium. It is very painfull and take about 3 hours to take rid of it. After that i am fine all light of day untill i get up the subsequent mornig when its back. Im other going to the doctors and am frightend i become a burden or a pain to the doctor what should i do please minister to???
Answer: it's gotta be your bed. you might want to try flipping your mattress to see if that fixes it. also try taking some pain tablets (ibuprofin is what i prefer) just beforehand going to bed. another thing-if you sleep on your stomach force yourself not too! that position causes your d¨Ścolletage to strain, blood to flow less surrounded by your head and when you wake up up the extra flow of blood to the head would bring your headaches. i used to own the same problem. suitable luck!
YOU PAY the doctor for his time go and see him I am sure that you will find some pain nouns.
Have you tried sleeping with a horse shoe pillow/ It will save you neck propler aligned.

I own had headache all my energy. My doctor says they are migraines and tautness headaches also. I would other have to stir to the doctor or to the hospital and have to hold a shot of Demerol. This is a very powerful distress medication. I would be so sick with my headache I would throw up and could not stand the light. Now since Excedrin have started to make Excedrin for migraines it have helped if I ensnare it in time. Excedrin does take home pills for tension headache also. Try some I think they will backing!!!
