I can't relay you how to make it be aware of better, but if you start doing exercises to strengthen your abs and back, it will find stronger. Make sure too that you are tightening your abs when lifting and switching the child from hip to hip, and be careful how you verbs your body.A pain reliever of some sort (ibuprofen, aspirin, etc) may facilitate with the aching, and heat will help out relax the muscle if it's gotten tight. If it keeps one an issue, see your doctor to make sure in attendance isn't an underlying problem. S/he may suggest some physical therapy to comfort strengthen that area.
