Bone loss (for most folks in the form of osteoporosis) is a silent disease until you experience fractures (called fragility fractures surrounded by osteoporosis). Causes are generally lacking nutrition (Ca, vit D).Why are you worried? Do your joints tenderness? If you have achy joint then you may own other problems (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis... etc). If so, you should speak with your physician b/c some problems (like rheumatoid arhtritis) become markedly dibilitating very efficiently and need to be manage.
It is recommended that women consume 1000 mg of Ca per day and 1500 mg if they are post menopausal. Also variety sure to consume adequate vitamin D and do freight bearing exercise b/c this promotes bone mineralization (makes them dense)!

Alot of stuff causes colourless bones. Like not eating and not drinking ample water or milk. My bones are kinda undersized cause I never devour usually and I dont drink alot of milk. When you have stunted bones usually you cant pick up really heavy stuff approaching me. I am not really sure about signs and symptoms of bone loss though.
