So only just shut everything off, and heat up some milk...make it quite hot...and have it. The milk will quiet ur system and make u quality drowsy. Also, a hot bath tops the enumerate of things that make me wanna step to bed. So try that, with lavendar salt.Can i use last years sun suntan lotion this year?

I was wondering if anyone is taking Pamelor for migrain headache.?
Its 3:36am and I have to be at work at 9am to edify math to 8th graders abd I can't fall asleep any.but I usually don't sleep til 4 or 5am! And hate myself surrounded by the mornings!It's the same time here & I'm awake too. I usually hatred myself the next morning if I hold to do something. But w/o fan blades turning for me to view & distract me I can't usually sleep at night. If it's a accurate book I don't want to put it down. A bad book I can't go and get into. So in the cold weather I use a lava lamp to distract or I switch on praying for everyone I can think of. I antipathy to admit it but that puts me to sleep pretty quick & at lowest I believe it helps others.
