Spring break does not really matter at this time. 7 weeks ago, I fell and thought I sprained my gone foot toes. When I got to the emergency room, I be told I needed surgery, so until 3 days ago, I've had metals inside 4 of my toes. I've be miserable, taken Naproxen and Percocet, have done nil but stayed on bed. And of course, I'm on crutches, can't totter at all. So.stay silent, take supremacy of the time off. Take your meds, they sustain for the swelling.Next time, pay attention to signs. Any minor fluke, can definitely ruin us. You'll enjoy plenty of time to enjoy the summer once you're ok. I still enjoy at least 6 more months until I wear a commonplace shoe. I'm also using a cam walker or boot, and I'm person positive about it.
Ohhhh. And hang on to your foot up.

Get a heavy magnet and place it on the ankle where on earth u hurt.Use the neg side against the skin. (this does miracles)

Trust me on this... ICE PACKS! Even if all you've get are Ziplock bags and rime cubes. Pack a bunch of ice cubes into ziplock loads or smallish towels and then do doesn`t matter what you have to to safe and sound it around your ankle. Keep it on for AS LONG AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN! Or until all the rime is melted... and afterwards start all over again.An even better alternative is buying those gel ice-packs from the store... much, much smaller quantity messy. I can't believe your doctor never told you to do this! This is THE most important item you can do for swelling!
