Hi, well this may give the impression of being kinda strange but i was bouncing on my friend's daughter's trampoline next to her and i did a seat drop (you bounce reli soaring then a moment ago sit down) and on one of them i went terrifically very soaring but when i dropped onto the trampoline i got a small shooting backache on my lower back. I did this ending week today and it still hursts when i jump in a minute, has anyone get any ideas on what it could be or what i could do to abet it without going to the doctors? Also i am supposed to be goin rime skating with my younger sister tomorrow, will i still be capable of with a unpromising back? Sorry its so long x

you may hold pulled a muscle when ya landed by twisting ...cart motrin its an antinflamatory medicine...alternate rime and heat resembling 10 mins on and then dawdle...also if you have someone who can chafe the spot gently would probably back some...my son has a trampoline also and when I first started using it I did one and the same to my back..angelic luck hope this helps
