In fifth grade, our academy goes to space military camp. You sleep with adjectives the girls in your entire position in an strange setting. I slept about 3 hours, and I have need of at least 7.
Anyway, is it easier to bring to sleep by lying down with your eyes closed and waiting until you draw from to sleep, or lying with your eyes unfold and eventually falling alseep?

Try to get more exercise, but not too close to bed time. Melatonin help also. You could also try some meditation techniques while you're lying in bed, this recurrently helps me spill out asleep. Do you sleep in total silence? That keep me awake because all I hear are my thoughts, so I own to sleep with the TV on. Maybe try listen to some music.
