I prefer to get shots contained by my arm however I think the B complex does better contained by the hip because of the large volume of tablets used . I would budge with the arm most particularly. Shots in the "backside" must be territory marked properly to be given correctly and I enjoy often see them given improperly which could create problems. I always found that when I give myself my shots in the backside, it hurt smaller amount than in the muscle of the arm.Its a short time ago a little harder to verbs around with your appendage to get it within the backside. It actually wants to go toward the top of the butt (parallel to the hip)
