Curry for achy joint??

I've heard that curry is a anti inflamatory, and that you should get through it when you have achy joint. Is that true?

I'm asking because my boyfriend isn't feeling capably, and his joints are really achy so I'm trying to find anything that will relieve him.

Thanks for all your comfort, if you have any other suggestions please consent to me know. :D
