do you have large arches? the arch supports in regular shoes- even righteous, quality running shoes, don't support my arches because they are too glorious, and if i wear shoes without biddable support for a long time they start to ache and eventually become exceptionally sore. i really like chacos~ even though they are sandals they enjoy really good arch supports.

Sounds like your arch have dropped..This can be painful and you will have need of the proper shoes to support the arch so that it doesnt pain so much ..Good Luck!
