Sleep / Waking Up?
Any tips on how I can wake up rash in the morning alert and in place to go. I live contained by a dorm with three other guys and I own the earliest class (7:30). When I wake up I'm groggy and sometimes slump right back to sleep, missing classes...Any philosophy?
Answer: Keep your alarm clock on the other side of the room.. then you own to get up and totter to it, you can't just lay posterior down.
Is it true that u can get a paroxysm by putting in a contact lense?
As soon as you wake up, sit up on the side of the bed or you will be in motion back to sleepyou can go to sleep early, then if you approaching coffee emmediatly go brand name some so your not tempted to drop asleep.

do you drink or smoke? there's a problem.. also try eating wholesome, like REALLY strong. I know it's hard but you will be amazed at how much vivacity you will have when you transformation that sort of eating traditions. other than that.. vitamins and exercise will budge a long way. and if adjectives else fails obtain a really loud alarm clock and set it across the room and put obstacles within you way, so that you HAVE to seize out of bed and trip over a few things before you can even shut the damn article off. hope this help. good luckDrink a lot marine. let me ans u.its as easy solution tat sleep impulsive n so u get ample time to sleep.n one thing resembling when u sleeping dont switch off desk light which make u alert at the time of get up up..
