Ask him to solely smoke outside, and not anywhere around you and your daughter, especially in a vehicle. Hopefully seeing how much better you surface and the money you will save will inspire him to quit also!

You should try to at most minuscule see if you can get him to quit next to you or at least enjoy him not smoke in your present (and unmistakably not your daughter's presence). Hopefully he respects your desire to quit and respect your wishes that he not smoke around you.
