This morning I was lying in bed, partially asleep, then adjectives of a sudden my body felt paralyzed and I thought I be being electrocuted. I have a full body shake and I could not stop myself. All I could do is let out a shout. It did not hurt, but felt as though I be having a "seizure". I am on Effexor XR and I enjoy heard of brain shivers, is this one of those? It have happened back, can anyone give me any perception about what it could be? I enjoy an appointment tomorrow with the doctor. And I know it is not a paroxysm because my brothers have them, but I moved as though I be having one. Also, I try to enlighten my doctor things and he doesn't believe me.

There are several different types of seizures, so it's reasonably possible you did have one that be of a different sort than what your brothers have.
Seizures is one possible side effect of Effexor and your doctor should be notify of this episode as soon as possible. If you worry that your doctor will not believe you, you might want to consider another doctor that you hold more confidence in.

If you can't tell your doctor things and own him believe you, maybe it's time for a brand new doctor. I'd call someone today give or take a few this episode.

Help for a cold!?

I see symptoms at work that of course never appear when they shift to the doctor. Write down the symptoms, dates, diet, environment and anything else that you presume may or may not contribute to this behaviour. If your doctor doesn't believe you it may be clever to seek other medical recommend. It could be nothing or it could be the start of anything. Good luck.
