How long does it steal to do middle splits?
im able to do horizantal splits but not competent to do middle splits. whenever i split it hurts. what are some proper stretches and how long should i do them b 4 attempting splits?

I am trying to learn to do that too. I am contained by karate, and the best exercises are to touch your toes, sit down while in a straddle and conquer your hands out as far as they can progress. My personal favorite is to go down contained by your straddle and do puch-ups. Then go down surrounded by your middle splits and try leaning forward and do push-ups. Best Wishes

It took me roughly speaking a month (trying it one time a week) but I'm extremely flexible. I would suggest going as far down as you can and holding it for maybe 30 second to a minute. Maybe do that once a week or so. Not too often because you inevitability to give your body some time to adjust to a brand unknown thing.
