I enjoy no insurance and a nasty wound. I necessitate some medical advise/help please.?
The wound is about 1/2" open and 3" X 4" in nouns, and I'd really like to know how to dress it, and what beside. It is leaking blood and pallid guck, and so far all I hold been doing is trying to save it clean. More accurately, my neighbor have been trying because it is on my spinal column and I can't reach it. Gauze dressings stick in in attendance and hurt like the devil at varying time, so probably are retarding healing.
Answer: hold wound clean next to soap/water
apply OTC antibiotic cream
cover with non-stick gauze wipe and secure next to surgical tape

You can go to your local vigour department or free clinic & get aid. I recommend this beacuse it sounds like you enjoy an infection. Try getting the gressing wet back you remove it. Let it set a couple of minutes wet & this will verbs any tissue that is stuck to the dressing.Depends some on what kind of nouns you live in, a small comunity have a county health dept. and Iam sure you can enjoy it taken care of here. If you live in a substantial metro area it is more difficult because of the amount of citizens..

Depending on how you received the wound depends on the care it requirements. It it was from metal after the question is how long as it be since your last tetanus shot. If it is a burn later you need to use burn gel on it instead of antibiotic unguent. Either way you want to make sure the dressings are changed regularly.If you are in the US, later every locality has at smallest one "designated county hospital" that must treat you regardless of your ability to settle up (and you must let them know that you do not own health insurance at the registration desk).
Call your nearest hospital and ask them, "Are you the designated county hospital and if, who is?"
Now, if you have a hallucination, chills, headache, etc., then you stipulation to go to that county hospital.

I would suggest getting a cheap health policy quick. That sounds close to it may be expensive to treat.
