How much sleep should a teen take?
im 16 female.. and during the college days i get around 5 hours of sleep.. but rob 2-3 hours nap when i catch home..
is that health or not decent?

I am 38 and I remember fundamentally cleary that when I was your age my mom be on me all the time wise saying I slept tooo much...she would insinuate I was drinking or doing drugs.I be not doing anything! I be the SAME WAY.GIRL AFTER SCHOOL U NEED A NAP AND 2-3 hrs is just what I used to do ..
U do necessitate to try and get a at lowest 7 hrs at night and verbs your after noon nap .be careful beside only 5 at dark that may affect your grades.

Teens have profoundly of stress and that could be a factor to. If I am upset sometimes I could sleep all hours of daylight??

The proper amount of sleep any child to young fully fledged should be getting is MINIMUM eight.
that is what an average adult thrives stale of. a teen needs more rest though, because your body is still developing. try to meditate while trying to move about to sleep at an earlier time, it help a lot of citizens these days. if you want to look further into it, email me. also, try to cut the rest to an hour and a half at the most, so you'll be more tired surrounded by the evening. night is when your body go to work on replenishing itself, so give it adjectives the time it needs.
