Has anyone have a TFCC (wrist cartilage tear)?
What did you do to treat the tear? What were your symptoms? Any information would be tremendously appreciated..

Hand dream therapy can be an effective component of a TFCC slit rehabilitation program. A complete tear may require surgery and afterwards therapy.Symptoms include dull pain on the little finger side of the wrist, and clicking or catching when moving the wrist.
Make sure you provide protective support such as a splint.
Ice it for 20 to 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a day
Take ibuprofen or Alieve (anti-inflammatory)
See a physical consultant for wrist rehabilitation exercises
You might need injections of cortisone.
A complete shred may require surgery. Most of these injuries will lose their pain after some rest and time although they might not in actuality heal, so hope continued medical advice throughout.
