do you wear illustrious heels regularly? It might be bruising from that, have you done alot of exercise eg, running? If its really desperate see the doc.xxIt depends if you're chubby, because you put all the cargo down on the heel because that's where you first step down. Pr you might simply have a piece of chalice or something in there, if you do you may want to attain it out fast because that can afford you an infection. You should see a doctor if it starts to hurt more.

If you hurry or run or even walk on not easy ground (concrete) without shoes that can engage the impact, you can inflame the tissue band connecting the heel bone to the end of the toes. This would cause the sharp misery you describe under your heel. What you involve for this is rest, and it should go away on its own. But invest in a upright pair of running shoes if you repeatedly run, or even batter, try to make sure you run on top soil or sand, rather than on roads or concrete path.

What is aslo or rhomatoid confusion?
It sounds like you enjoy a spur on your heel. It`s a small piece of bone that has chipped away from your heel bone. Go see your doctor.I spent many years working in Orthopaedics & I'll lay money on it man a spur. The description you give rules out for me other conditions such as plantar fasciitis. The sharp spasm you describe is classic of a spur. A quick referral from your GP will capture it sorted - it's not a major problem but not probable to resolve on its own. Hope you soon get over it.
