Same here, i gain muscle mass easily, and as a girl, that clearly means i work at it. But losing obese doesn't seem to come as smoothly. recently I've be running. it really helps, You may enjoy just experienced a irregular body change, your body can be overworked, a rest is right for it. And you didn't lose muscle, you may also have lost river weight, but in that was some margarine in in attendance grunted.
