How to gain rid of backpain besides visitng a doc.?
iam 20 and i get these occasionall final pains, sometimes by sitting on the computer for a while or sitting and watching t.v and they just capture annoying then my shoulder starts to hurt and i cant sit peacefully contained by one position any way to get hold of a realive form them besides goin to the doc cuz i dont have med insurance.

Boy do I understand.I own RA and it is presently in my spine, wrists and knees.
Yesterday I have to breakdown and get a pat and a Chiropractic adjustment. I pay change but you have no ins. so here are my home remedy suggestions.
First you want to correct your computer sitting situation. Do not sit on it for more the 30 minutes without taking a 15 minute break. Stretch, rotate your wrists and arms. Do push ups (standing so I guess they are push aways) bad of the wall.
Flex your shoulders and back as much as possible. This help me.
Run a deep hot tub and slip into it to soak your muscles (epsom salt would help and it is cheap). Even a long hot shower will oblige. Or if you have access to a hot tub, to relax your muscles. Do you enjoy a family contributor for spouse or friend that will give you a squeeze. It really helps.
Because of my RA (Rheumatoid Arthristis) my wrists hurt frequently and I wear some wrist and paw stretchy 1/2 gloves . They have a velcro stretch company that supports the wrist joint. I get them at Walmart in the medical support screened-off area. The were $8.00 for a twosome. They help like mad when my wrists bother me on the computer also.
Aspircreme helps as lot and no smell. Kmart have their brand for $2.39 a tube. Other things that will help is anything next to a pain hired gun in it. Icy hot, mentholatum rub, Vicks vaporub works also. I have a full bottle of Chloroseptic that never got used, but it have a pain contract killer in it. I used it up spraying it on my prickly wrists. So there are copious things that will help.
Get the Walmart brand of Excedrin and or Ibrupofen. Take two of one of them every 4 hours. It will backing considerably.
My family go 25 years without insurance. So I made an challenge to learn every home remedy possible. I hope some of these will work for you.
Work on your computer situation and arrange it so you sit near good posture. Remember lug those breaks and stretch regularly. GOOD LUCK I SYMPATHIZE.
Sleep flat facing ceiling on a floor without even a pillow lower than your head for 6-7 hrs. (do it at dark if busy :D)
Though you can use a mat to avoid cold.

sounds resembling its a postural fault from sitting incorrect. try this put your hand behind your subsidise and lock your fingers together keeping your fingers locked straighten your arms this will pull the muscles across the chest and relax the ones at the rear repeat a few times throughout the day. try and be more aware of how you are sitting. Hi,Back niggle can strike any one of us at any age. I have never intuitively suffered from it but my husband has have many bouts of it and have at times been screaming beside the pain.

It may newly be with your situation that you do not hold an ergonomically friendly chair or that your posture is not correct. Take a look at the site I mentioned as I am sure it will assistance and will avoid the trip to the Doc's too.
Also make sure you gain a proper chair to sit on while at the PC. Very crucial.

I really devise you should see your doctor at some point about this ,but contained by the meantime if you have a heat pad use that on the nouns that hurts as much as you can. Also talking hot baths & relaxing other helps my muscle painGood luck
Well In satchel U have lower support pain, n if U are into a profession which requires U to sit for relatively a long time continously, say similar to a Software engineer, consequently Lower back hurt is a common problem.. Try out this simple yoga every morning.. Stand Straight.. Rise your hand n let palms obverse the roof.. Maintain a normal respiration n hold on to your eyes open.. Initially U wil return with severe back pains when doing the exercise but eventually U wil realise that its the best excercise..U can do it every morning for some 2 minutes n be free from backache all afternoon.. Okay you have diagnosed your own problem. Sitting at the computor. You requirement to have a honourable chair and everything at the right height above sea level. I used to go through like peas in a pod thing, darkness after night as I do greatly on my computor. So my daughter came over the other year and said Mom you need to own your monitor up higher so you are looking straight ahead and I do not hold a lower shelf for the keyboard so i.e. also not in rank with my body. However What A Difference as we raise the monitor up about 3 inches and I do not own those pains any more. It is called poor posture, and I also stretch and procure up amd do some excercising, by putting my arms behind my subsidise and sitting up straight, rather later bent over.Also what you could do is get up from that appliance and lay flat on your back on the floor for roughly five or ten minutes, that would really help. Another entry if you are not drinking enough river you could end up next to curvature of the spine, or arthritus, or Osteoporosis.etc.You need to be drinking partly your body weight surrounded by ounces of pure filtered sea a day, or you are dehydrating and that unquestionably causes aching as your vertbrae is being artificial.
