he have always lift the machines by himself.
recently his subsidise has be terrible, he have been getting injections and is on dignified prescribed painkillers but he is still in alot of pain
the doctor said the pain will never get better.
he have bills to pay, and his house to money off, so he continues to work as a floor sander, comes home in the afternoon in so much niggle. it hurts so much to see him like this.
i hold suggested a career swing but he is very against the model.
He will not rent his spare rooms out, he will not cut off his cable tv .
he lives alone..
he seem depressed,
he will not talk to a occupation councillor or anything.
He will not be able to do this for much longer, the throbbing is getting worse and worse.

I am sorry to say, it seem he is not ready to adopt help at this point. The doctors should not save prescribing him these high doses of powerful niggle killers, but they are not gonna stop. So until he become ready to try something different nil is gonna change. Maybe if he would bargain to a therapist and you can frame it as unrelated to the work...but various therapists work at providing behavioral technique to deal beside pain, and once he is already surrounded by therapy, a righteous therapist will authorize the problems and try to address them.
