Answers: Workers comp Drs are disgraceful for doing this. Get a lawyer, it'll be free until you achieve paid. He will dispatch you to another Dr for a 2nd opinion. This Dr will definently find something wrong and start treating you. You will most promising have to move about to therapy 2-3 times a week and go and get chiropractic, exercises, and massages. Meanwhile you're attorney is working on a lawsuit and settlement. It takes a long time. You're Dr have to treat you for (now this depends on the state you live in) about 6 months when he will consequently deem you atleast 10% disabled, meaning you will other suffer back throbbing and be limited within activities and amounts you can pull. You won't have to retribution for you're Drs or Therapy, either worker's comp or lawyer take meticulousness of it. If you are supposed to pay a portion, the lawyer will take it out of your settlement. You might want to see a chiropractor first, as they can be a big help. You could also step back to the company doctor. Find out if your company have disability insurance for employees - some companies do. You could hire an attorney, but the court is going to want to see that you exhausted medical remedies first.

I hurt my final 2-24-03 they did the same entity! they forced me back to work I couldn't hold the pain so I go to my own doctor 1 year later I have an anterior/posterior spinal fusion I have be fighting workmans comp immediately over 4 years my hearing is may 15th of this years, My surgeon finally wrote a memorandum stating that all of my problems come from the injury, they owe me 4 years of backpay and they have to money me permanant disability, believe me I would give adjectives of this back if I could erase the afternoon and have my hindmost! I am on a 19 pound weight restriction for the rest of my life, please what ever you do see a attorney that handles workmans comp. they will lone get salaried if you win! don't let it bear 4 plus years like mine is taking I am on my second legal representative because the first one did nothing. the first one truly told me not to get any treatment until I settle. if I would hold listen to him I would be in a wheelchair right presently! I went a year next to spinal fluid leaking on my nerves, adjectives the workmans comp doctor did was grant me narcotics and ran no test not even an x-ray! he even wrote on the diagnosis that I had a mild strain in my vertebrae, I have never hear of a mild strain requiring an 8 hour surgery, this is one surgery I would not wish on anyone! yak about backache and suffering! and even today I still walk around within pain, I can't elevate my daughter she was single 2 years old when I have this injury, and anyone with for a moment kid knows they entail their mommy to hold them, they robbed me of those years but do you think they will compensate for that? nobody can provide me those times back.
