I have a sore within the back of my throat a tiny bit to the departed of my uvula. I first noticed a small bump after I ate breakfast this morning, and throughout the hours of daylight it's progressively gotten larger and more bothersome. The bump itself is sore like a canker. It's so close to my uvula that it's be making me want to gag all time!

Is this a canker sore? What can I use to make it so I don't perceive like gag all the time? How can I go and get rid of it?

Considering you do not hold other symptoms of Strep Throat (fever, swollen lymph nodes) I would guess it is either a canker sore or an allergic hostile response to something you ate.

Gargling with thaw salt river and taking an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen would help beside the pain/swelling.
