Limping...not sure what's the basis. Help?
I participate contained by track and field. I've be doing extra stretches lately to keep my calfs nice and loose, but my coach say she still sees me limping. >_< What is the effect of this and what can I do to prevent it?
Answer: If you do not be aware of you are limping but someone else can see it, it may be a sign that your body awareness is not all that great. You may requirement some help from a physcial analyst or another profession who can analyze your gait (walking pattern) and discern the cause of the thin.
Go to APTA.org, click on "find a PT" and search your home nouns. The website will tell you who is board-certified surrounded by Sports PT (SCS after their name).
Good luck!
My knuckle is swollen and it hurts is it broken?
It could be a sprain which is caused by overuse of a muscle. You might hold shin-splints, it doesn't matter how loose you preserve the calf muscle, when you are a sprinter you have a muscle that you use to preserve on your toes and it pulls on your bone and it pulls the muscle from the bone and all you can do is ask your sports drug person (trainer) at your university to rub it out to try to make it better, it'll hurt really inadequately when you first get it done (and several times after, okay every time you catch it rubbed out) , but it'll make it better within the end. If it's not shin-splints catch it checked out.
